Q: How foreign can buy Touch Hill Place Condominium – Chiangmai, in Thailand ?

A: Foreign Ownership of Condominium Property:
Touch Hill Place Project is being developed under the Condominium Development Act in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
We offer a freehold ownership structure to Thai 51% and foreign 49% buyers.

Q: How about the Sales Process?

A: Pre-Completion Payment: 20% down payment
Balance on Transfer: 80%

Q: How about the Payment Procedure?

A: Foreigner are required to remit at least USD 20,000.- into Thailand per transaction transfer. The purchaser must obtain a Foreign
Exchange Transaction form (FET) from the bank as proof of the remittance. This form will be issued by the receiving bank and is filed
at the Land Department when the foreign purchaser registers the purchase.

Q: Any other Expenses?

A: Ownership Transfer Fee : Shall be equally borne by the Buyer and the Seller
Juristic Fees: 30 Baht.per Sq.m. per month payable 2 years in advance
Sink Fund: 400 Bht per Sq.m. (one time charge)
